If your Feeding On Frost jewelry becomes damaged please reach out to us here. We will need to see images of the piece of jewelry, and we will want to see your jewelry in person before assessing how to determine if it can be repaired for you.
What if my Feeding On Frost jewelry gets damaged?
After we asses any damage to your Feeding On Frost jewelry, we can decide on a plan to repair it. There is no one way to go about this as every piece of jewelry is different, and all repairs will need special attention. The first step would be to contact us directly, which you can do here.
Once we are in contact, we can discuss what can be done to repair your jewelry. Depending on the extent of any damage, there may be a repair cost associated to this. Any shipping that is required to send your jewelry back to us to fix will be the responsibility of the client, and this includes sending and returning, with tracking. Tracked shipping ensures us both that we know where your jewelry is at all times during this process. We always require tracked shipping labels to avoid anything being misplaced.

Sometime this is an easy alteration like a size change. Sometimes this may require a new custom piece of jewelry to be created, which is always possible. What if I want to change or alter or add to my Feeding On Frost jewelry?
What if I want my custom jewelry finished with plating instead of having it made in solid metal so I can save some money?
We don’t use plating on our jewelry. Unfortunately even when it comes to our custom work, this is just not something we offer. Plating can often chip off or get damaged, and we just don’t see the continued value and quality with plated metals. This doesn't mean plating is “bad”, but it is just not something we offer.
We do see the quality, durability, value, and long lasting difference when using solid metals, and this is always the preference for Feeding On Frost jewelry. We want your jewelry to last a long time, and be a cherished addition to any outfit that you can wear daily, without worry.
We can make jewelry for you in almost any solid metal.
While our ready-made collections are offered mostly in solid sterling silver, solid gold, and solid brass, we also have a handful of gold filled jewelry in our shop which you can find here.

What materials is Feeding On Frost jewelry available in?
Do Feeding On Frost necklaces come on a chain?
Yes!
All Feeding On Frost necklaces come on either a 16, 18, or 20 inch chain. We use a standard “rolo” style chain on all of our ready made pieces of jewelry.
We have a selection of chains available, and some are available in longer lengths, which most of our pieces can be altered to fit, and our different chains can be seen on our necklaces page here.

Sure!
While this is not offered on our ready-made jewelry if you purchase straight from our online shop, this can be offered upon special request. There is an additional cost to have an appraisal done on your jewelry.
